Topics can include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enhancing the credibility and information value of voluntary disclosures<\/li>\n<li>The role of accounting in governance<\/li>\n<li>The application of judgment and expertise in developing estimates in financial statements<\/li>\n<li>Strategic uses of financial reporting to reduce information asymmetries<\/li>\n<li>Preparing an informative Management&#8217;s Discussion and Analysis in compliance with SEC guidelines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Eligibility is limited to AAA members. Proposals are due March 8, 2013.
