Job Summary:
\nSeeking an experienced and exceptional Principal to lead our Elementary school. The ideal candidate will be an instructional leader focused on learning and student growth, providing our amazing students with challenging programs, and building a school culture of respect and collaboration.<\/p>\n
Key responsibilities include communication with students, staff, and the community, the administration of the school in areas such as, student safety, personnel, district policies\/regulations, budgeting, school procedures, discipline matters, and collaboration with the administrative team.<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\nNJ Principal Certificate and NJ residency are required. A Master’s Degree and at least 3 years experience in a Principal or school administrative role is preferred.<\/p>\n
