As a member of the Seton Hall Softball team, I nominated Professor Haney as Softball’s Professor of the Year in 2015. Together with two other art students, we honored him at a home game against Hofstra University, where he watched all 14 innings, cheering the entire game. Professor Haney was not only an extremely talented artist but an amazing and supportive teacher that I had the pleasure to know!

—Val Suto, Class of 2017, Owner, Valerie’s Gallery

[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=”1_3,2_3″ _builder_version=”4.17.3″ _module_preset=”default” custom_padding=”25px|120px|25px||true|false” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_column type=”1_3″ _builder_version=”4.17.3″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_image src=”http://blogs.shu.edu/collide/files/2022/05/Amanda.jpg” title_text=”Amanda” _builder_version=”4.17.3″ _module_preset=”default” width=”100%” global_colors_info=”{}”][/et_pb_image][/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=”2_3″ _builder_version=”4.17.3″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_text admin_label=”Text” _builder_version=”4.17.3″ _module_preset=”default” text_font_size=”16px” text_line_height=”1.6em” hover_enabled=”0″ global_colors_info=”{}” sticky_enabled=”0″]

Professor Haney taught me the depth in art that you can create with only a pencil and paper.
