“Ethics & Values in the Era of ‘AI”–a 2-day seminar
A two-day seminar, on the topic of “Ethics and Values in the Era of AI,” was hosted by Seton Hall University, on January 30–31, 2026. The seminar brought together students, educators, professionals and community partners for sustained dialogue on the ethical, social and economic implications of artificial intelligence. The program combined keynote presentations, panel discussions and facilitated table conversations grounded in Catholic social teaching and a commitment to human dignity.
The seminar was presented in partnership with the International Academy of Catholic Leaders in collaboration with Seton Hall’s G. K. Chesterton Institute for Faith & Culture, the Center for Catholic Studies, Campus Ministry and the Joseph A. Unanue Latino Institute, as well as our external partners: Somos Community Care, Basilica Medical Management and Young Catholic Professionals of North Jersey.
