Whether you are an experienced user of digital tools and techniques, or you\u2019re just beginning to incorporate them into your teaching and scholarship, the DH Summer Seminar will provide an array of tools, tips, and project ideas to stimulate you, as well as an opportunity to try them out and apply for a DH seed grant.<\/p>\n

We will start with lunch each day at 12:30; the program will begin at 1:00.<\/p>\n

Each day will conclude with a Q&A session\/discussion.<\/p>\n

At the end of the seminar, faculty members who attend at least one full day may apply for one of four $500 \u201cseed\u201d grants for a DH project they plan to develop over the summer for use in their teaching and\/or scholarship. The project does not have to include a tool demonstrated at the seminar. Applications will be available at the seminar\u2019s conclusion. <\/strong><\/p>\n

\nThis is an opportunity to play with the various tools and programs demonstrated on Days 1 and 2, with tech support available. You can either use raw data (statistics, texts, etc.) we will provide for you or supply your own.<\/p>\n

The day will end with a round-table discussion on the seminar and future directions for DH at Seton Hall.<\/p>\n
