She started as an Investigator of Child Abuse and Neglect and promoted to Supervisor. Beatris is currently the Supervisor at the Office of Training and Professional Development under DCF. She is a licensed social worker and works for Creating Change. LLC., a for profit organization that provides individual couple and family therapy for families throughout NJ and her main clients are Latino families. She provides pro bono counseling for many of undocumented families that cannot afford or obtain health insurance due to their legal status. She then began her adjunct position at Seton Ha.11 University in Fall 2019 and currently teaches Family Violence for the Department of Sociology. Anthropology and Social Work. She has been employed with the Department of Children and Families (DCF) State of NJ since 2002 under the &#039;.Division of Child Protection and Permanency ( (DCPP). She started as an Investigator of Child Abuse and Neglect and promoted to Supervisor. Beatris is currently the Supervisor at the Office of Training and Professional Development under DCF. She is a licensed social worker and works for Creating Change. LLC., a for profit organization that provides individual couple and family therapy for families throughout NJ and her main clients are Latino families. She provides pro bono counseling for many of undocumented families that cannot afford or obtain health insurance due to their legal status. She then began her adjunct position at Seton Ha.11 University in Fall 2019 and currently teaches Family Violence for the Department of Sociology. Anthropology and Social Work.
