To: The Great Leaders Who Have a Passion for Continuous Learning<\/p>\n

In his book,\u00a0The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth<\/i><\/a>,\u00a0John Maxwell<\/a>\u00a0shares his Law of Expansion – how great leaders increase their thinking capacity and their capacity for action, how they grow and learn to stretch their limits. He begins with an excerpt from Robert J. Kriegel and Louis Patler\u2019s book,\u00a0If It Ain\u2019t Broke\u2026 Break It<\/i>: \u201cWe don\u2019t have a clue as to what people\u2019s limits are. All the tests, stopwatches, and finish lines in the world can\u2019t measure human potential. When someone is pursuing their dream, they\u2019ll go far beyond what seems to be their limitations. The potential that exists within us is limitless and largely untapped\u2026 when you think limits, you create them<\/i>.\u201d He then asks: \u201dHow do you push toward your potential and keep increasing your capacity?”<\/i>\u00a0His response to his question is: “You must change how you think and you must change your actions<\/i>.”\u00a0 To increase these capacities he suggests the following:<\/p>\n
