Leadership 101 Welcomes Leaders from Rider University
On Wednesday, November 9, 2011, Leadership 101 and the Leadership Development Honors Program Class of 2015 will host a number of speakers on the topic of Business Ethics. This weeks speakers include John J. Farrell and Laura Seplaki both of whom are members of the Rider University Center for Leadership Development. Mr. Farrell, an assistant dean, will share his experience about the importance of ethical leadership in today’s society. Expanding on this point, Ms. Seplaki, the Director of the Center of Leadership, will explain how the leaders of tomorrow must operate with genuine concern for others in order to achieve greatness.
Personally, I am looking forward to learning more about these intriguing principles while developing an even deeper relationship with the Leadership Program at Rider University. Through this partnership, we will be able to accomplish amazing things.
