Leadership in the News!
Dean Strawser has shared the wonderful news below to the Stillman community. Congratulations to all the Leadership community and thank you to Director Reuter!
“I am so proud to share with you the extraordinary achievement of the Stillman School’s Leadership Development Honors Program. In its 2012 “Best in Leadership Development Ranking,” Leadership Excellence magazine ranks the Stillman School’s Leadership Program as #24 in the category of “Education/Universities/Schools of Management and Business.” Program rankings are based on seven criteria: (1) Vision/mission, (2) Design, content and curriculum, (3) Involvement and participation, (4) Measurement and Accountability, (5) Presenters, presentations and delivery, (6) Take-home value and (7) Outreach. Our #24 ranking puts Stillman’s program ahead of business school leadership programs at Cornell (#36), William and Mary (#44), Georgetown (#48), Case Western (#50) and Dartmouth (#53). A pdf of the rankings can be downloaded at: http://www.leaderexcel2.com/edownloads/2012/10october/10le5215478/2012-leadership500.pdf
In addition, please see the short article, “Leadership Think,” co-authored by Michael Reuter and Jack Shannon, which was published in the November edition of Leadership Excellence (http://www.leaderexcel2.com/edownloads/2012/11november/11le8956512/le1112.pdf — see page 8).
I know that I speak for everyone at Stillman when I say that we are so grateful for the excellent work of Director Michael Reuter (the engine for the program), faculty colleague Jack Shannon, our incredibly dedicated Leadership Advisory Council, and, of course, our Leadership Development Program students. Congratulations to all!”
