Group Mentoring
By: Dhara Patel
We had a wonderful final mentoring session yesterday. Here are a few key learnings:
- Be Remarkable (Worth making a remark about); strive to be the purple cow.
- You are always on stage, and thus are always branding yourself.
- While working always strive to go the extra mile. Your hard work and resilience will certainly set you apart from the rest.
- Be creative with your choices, ideas and experiences.
- Assess yourself and your goals every year or so to get a sense of direction and progress in your life.

Dhara would like to thank all of her group mentors for a wonderful experience. Their presence and insight during the mentoring sessions has certainly helped her and her group learn more about career options, leadership, life, and more importantly, themselves. She looks forward to seeing them all again in the fall.
