The best pizza makers know these tricks, but I am here to give a few tips on how to assure that your pizza will be looking like it came straight out of a Neapolitan magazine.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><em><strong>When it comes to ovens, the hotter the better.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>A hot oven gives the crust a distinctly crunchy exterior, while supplying a fluffy and chewy interior.. the perfect combination. A hotter oven also allows any toppings to cook thoroughly.<\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Don&#8217;t overload on the toppings.<\/em>\u00a0<\/strong>I get it, we all want to have a billion toppings on our pizza.. bigger is better, right? Wrong. Too many topping creates too much moisture, thus rendering what would be crispy crust into a soggy mess.. yikes.<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Fresh is BEST.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>Only the freshest ingredients should be going into your pizza. Forget the pre-packaged cheeses, the jarred sauces, and the frozen doughs. Using fresh ingredients and creating food from scratch is the only way to assure a phenomenal product.. end of story.<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Trust the Process.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>Great pizza takes time.. it&#8217;s a nurturing process that takes the upmost care and attention.
