The United Nations is hosting a virtual event on Tuesday, March 14, 2023, at 10:00 AM (EST). “Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) and Higher Education: A Space for Gender Equality” is a side-event of side-event of the 67th session of the UN Commission on the Status of Women. The purpose of this event is to open a discussion on the use of communication technologies in higher education as a way to advance, promote, and protect gender equality. This virtual event will be moderated by Ms. Jayashri Wyatt and will feature a variety of presenters including Dr. Paula Gardner, Dr. Moya Bailey, Dr. Mariateresa Garrido, Dr. Daniele Viera, Dr. Judy Watchman, Dr. Bhavani Rao.
