The School of Diplomacy and International Relations in collaboration with the College of Communication and the Arts are proud to present the discussion “PyeongChang Instant Replay: The Power of the Olympic Truce and Sports Media”.

Hugh Dugan is Adjunct Professor and a Director in the School of Diplomacy, having served as US Delegate to the UN from 1989-2015 where he helped revive the ancient Olympic Truce for the modern era. He runs the Truce Foundation of the USA and attended the PyeongChang Olympic Winter Games where he advised senior Olympic leadership.

B.J. Schecter is Adjunct Professor and Director of the Sports Media Program in the College of Communication and the Arts, having served as Executive Editor of Sports Illustrated Magazine. He is well known throughout the sports world.
