Professor Hugh Dugan advised eleven US Ambassadors to the UN while serving as a US Delegate there from 1989 to 2015. Currently he is Sharkey Distinguished Visiting Scholar and Adjunct Professor at Seton Hall University’s School of Diplomacy and International Relations.
