Upcoming UN Events

Register for the UNA-Women & UNA-LGBT Affinity Group Meet & Greet. Click here to RSVP for an informal Meet & Greet at the UN Foundation’s NY Office on Thursday, February 16 from 6:00–7:30PM. You’ll join others committed to engaging the UN to advance gender equality and LGBT rights. Light refreshments will be available, and all are welcome, but please register in advance as space is limited.

Attend the UNA-USA Members’ Day Happy Hour. Wrap-up your time at Members’ Day and join us for happy hour at McFadden’s Saloon on Friday, February 17 from 5–8pm. This special event is hosted by the Southern NY State Division of UNA-USA. All members are welcome, but you must be age 21 or older to attend. Purchase your ticket for $10 here. One drink is included with entry.

GenUN: Networking Social 
Thursday, February 16, 7-9 pm
Join the GenUN Fellows and other UNA-USA campus leaders from across the country for a GenUN networking social. The event will take place from 7-9 pm at Cornerstone Tavern (961 2nd Ave, at 51st St), conveniently located near the 6, M, and E trains in Manhattan’s Midtown East. This is an individual, pay-as-you-go event. GenUN: “How to Start a Campus Chapter” Breakfast
Friday, February 17, 8:30-9 am

Join the GenUN Fellows and Youth Engagement Manager Anna Mahalak to learn about how you can use your experience at Members’ Day to create a campus chapter at your school. Breakfast will be provided. Space is limited; RSVP to amahalak@unausa.org.
