Summer Series 2012 – Electronic Survey Research

Electronic surveys can be a very useful tool for voting, evaluations, or for collecting data for teaching and research purposes. In this session, you will learn some tips and best practices for creating electronic surveys. In addition, you will learn how to create a survey in Survey Monkey, an electronic survey tool available via the web, through a hands-on workshop in which you will create your own survey. After you’ve created your survey, you will learn how to use the data analysis and graphing tools within Survey Monkey, as well as how to export the data into Excel and SPSS for further statistical analysis.
