Faculty Online Teaching Certificate will be offered this July.
Join us for the “Online Learning Day” on Thursday, April 5. Spend the full day or part of the day with us as we cover online teaching topics and tools.
The Online Teaching Certificate is designed to take faculty from development through facilitation of their online courses and hybrid courses; to further increase instructor-to-student engagement and satisfaction; and to provide technology skills and resources to increase faculty confidence while teaching. Faculty will be awarded a Certificate in Online Teaching by the Center for Faculty Development after completing the five core workshops.
A kickoff workshop has been scheduled for October 11th 9:00 am – 10:00 am in the Curriculum Room, Walsh Library. During this session you will learn about the core workshops that comprise the certificate, as well as reasons you might want to pursue this credential.
