Seton Hall Makers Showcased in March

Cd2RB8aXIAQGrZvSeton Hall’s “movers and makers” were out and about during the month of March.  They were first seen during the NJ Makers Day on March 18th where Seton Hall was one of 50 sites to participate in this annual event.  Maker activities for the day included a coding workshop on Foundation (led by Obi Raimundo); programming sensors and Arduinos (led by Lee Clark); and our popular 3-D modeling workshop (led by Riad Twal.)

The following week Seton Hall several faculty and administrators were showcased in the semi-annual NJEdge Faculty Showcase event on March 23rd at Stevens Institute of Technology.   Veronica Armour and Danielle Mirliss gave an interactive Ignite presentation about the NJ Makers Consortium.  While Professors Wachsmuth and Vigorito had a full house during their session on Robotics and the Mind.  Danielle also was a co-presenter for the session “The Maker Movement Connects STEAM Across New Jersey.”
