We will explore how to get the data, how to analyze the data and how to interpret the data you need to sustain your effective use of social media. The importance of data is often overlooked by those utilizing social media to enhance business development or personal branding. By the completion of this session you will have a new understanding of the importance of data and how analytics can help you have a more successful social media campaign. You will also learn how using analytics can help boost the number of end-users on your social media platforms.
