Accommodations

For the convenience of IFL 2009 participants, accommodation arrangements at a discounted rate have been made at the historic Robert Treat Hotel. Participants must make their own reservations by contacting the hotel directly and mentioning either the group number or the group name. Those wishing to extend their stay at the Robert Treat Hotel before or after IFL 2009 must mention the dates they desire at the time the reservation is made. The hotel is likely to extend the special rate to include a couple of days before and after the arrival and departure dates below. Rooms are available on a first-come first-served basis.

The Robert Treat Hotel is conveniently located close (10-15 minute walk) to Newark Penn Station where you can take trains to South Orange, New York City, and other destinations (map view).
