She is currently the editor and director of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/digital.janeaddams.ramapo.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Jane Addams Papers Project<\/a>\u00a0which she brought to Ramapo College in 2015. Before that she worked for over 25 years as the Associate Editor and Assistant Director of the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nyu.edu\/projects\/sanger\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Margaret Sanger Papers<\/a>\u00a0at New York University. Cathy helped edit the 101 reels of the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nyu.edu\/projects\/sanger\/publications\/microfilm.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><i>Margaret Sanger Papers Microfilm Edition<\/i><\/a>, the four volume\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nyu.edu\/projects\/sanger\/publications\/book.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><i>Selected Papers of Margaret Sanger<\/i><\/a>, and two digital publications,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/wyatt.elasticbeanstalk.com\/mep\/MS\/docs\/ms-table.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><i>Margaret Sanger and The Woman Rebel<\/i><\/a>\u00a0and the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/sangerpapers.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><i>Public Writings and Speeches of Margaret Sanger, 1911\u20131960<\/i><\/a>.\u00a0 She published\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.press.uillinois.edu\/books\/catalog\/55qew6cg9780252035364.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><i>Birth Control on Main Street: Organizing Clinics in the United States, 1916\u20131939<\/i><\/a><i>\u00a0<\/i>(\u201910). Cathy was the president of the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.documentaryediting.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Association for Documentary Editing<\/a>\u00a0from 2008 to 2009 and has held many committee roles and offices with the Association. She is also a board member and archival director for the Mahwah Museum.<\/p>\n<div>She has taught graduate courses in digital history at both\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/creatingdigitalhistory.wikidot.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">NYU<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/wpudigitalhistory.wikidot.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">William Paterson University<\/a>, and co-teaches a one-week course on digital editions at the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.dhsi.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Digital Humanities Summer Institute<\/a>, and at the one-week\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.documentaryediting.org\/wordpress\/?page_id=79\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Institute for Editing Historical Documents<\/a>.
