Newark – Saint Augustine

This simple brick church in Romanesque style was built by German-American parishioners. Through the years it has served and continues to serve Catholics of many ethnic backgrounds. Today it is the home in Newark of Mother Teresa’s Missionaries of Charity.

    Good afternoon,
I attended St. Augustine between 1962 to 1967. Are there any old photographs that the church/school has of old students?

    Hello,
My name is Cynthia Adams. My church is having a water distribution day on Saturday, November 9th. I would like to speak to someone at your parish about possibly helping your homeless shelter or giving to its residents. Please contact me at the email below. Thanks.
