Which podcasts and Why?

I love listening to podcasts! I recommend “I’m into health and well-being and recommend “The Huberman Lab Podcast” and “Finding Mastery Podcast with Dr. Michael Gervais”
These podcasts are hosted by professionals who are in the top of their respective field and are back with tons of clinical data, up to date research, and very knowledgeable guests. The podcasts can help you make small or big changes to your every day lives which help you live healthiest, happiest, and overall just better.
My Podcast Series…

would be interviewing top Student-Athletes at Seton Hall University for their great achievements in their respective sport, in academics, and their work in the community. My purpose would be to highlight these bright individuals for their hard work and dedication to their craft on and off the field or court and find out about their story about how they got to Seton Hall and what advice they have to other student-athletes about how to have the best experience possible. We would have both the Men’s and Women’s student-athlete on together to help compliment each other experiences and gain more valuable perspective. I would be the host having guests on from each sport here at Seton Hall.

To sum this all up – Creating a podcast is very fun – If you are the host, like I am here, you would get to experience and learn about all sorts of peoples lives here at Seton Hall. I was able to edit the clip using Headliner to make it more interactive and more visual. Creating a podcast would take some time getting used to, but once you get the hang of it – it becomes a layup, easy goal, smash hit, and/or homerun!
