Upjohn Institute for Employment Research.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dr. Eunyoung Kim<\/strong> published an article: Kim, E. (2014). Bicultural socialization experiences of Black immigrant students at a predominantly White institution. The Journal of Negro Education, 83(4), 583-597.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dr. Kristen Koehler<\/strong> presented a paper she contributed to at the 2015 Eastern Economic Association Conference in New York City in March.\u00a0 Entitled \u201cThe Marketing of P.O.W.E.R: An Innovative Approach to Student Recruitment and Performance Enhancement,\u201d the paper discusses the use of a Progressive Oral and Written Evaluation Ranking rubric to ensure undergraduate and graduate students enter the workforce prepared with the communication skills employers are looking for, and its function as a recruitment tool.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kelly O\u2019Neil<\/strong>, doctoral student, accepted a new position as the Assistant Commissioner of the\u00a0 BIG EAST Conference for Community and Academic Initiatives.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CONGRATULATIONS!
