The project will pursue the overarching objective of increasing citizen input into Iraq\u2019s development through the following components: 1) increased democratic engagement of citizens; 2) increased institutional capacity of civil society organizations (CSOs); 3) increased impact of civil society on public policy; and 4) improved enabling environment for civil society.
