Proposals can include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Crime, violence and punishment<\/li>\n<li>Role of the law on the economy<\/li>\n<li>Governance<\/li>\n<li>Legal decision making<\/li>\n<li>Legal mobilization and conceptions of justice<\/li>\n<li>Litigation and legal professions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Types of funding include research grants, interdisciplinary postdoctoral fellowships, doctoral dissertation research improvement grants and conference\/workshop awards. Proposals are due annually on January 15 and July 15.
