Potential proposals can include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drug abuse and HIV prevention &amp; treatment<\/li>\n<li>Epidemiology &amp; natural history of HIV\/AIDS among drug using populations<\/li>\n<li>Consequences of drug abuse related HIV\/AIDS<\/li>\n<li>Basic neuroscientific, clinical and behavioral Research of HIV\/AIDS in the context of drug abuse &amp; addiction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The earliest date to submit applications is April 7, 2013.
