Applicants must have a doctoral degree or equivalent research and writing experience.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dissertation grants<\/strong> offer up to $3,000 for scholars whose dissertation work requires use of the library&#8217;s resources. Applicants must have advanced to candidacy in a doctoral program from any college or university in a relevant field and have an approved dissertation topic.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Oral history grants<\/strong> provide up to $3,000 to support scholars conducting oral history interviews relevant to the history of women or gender in the United States.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The application deadline for all three grants is March 25, 2013.
