Such technologies include, but are not limited to: automated vehicle locators, license plate recognition, less-lethal weapons and surveillance cameras.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Police integrity<\/strong> &#8211; Proposals will evaluate evidenced based approaches designed and implemented to change officer misbehavior and promote police integrity.<\/li>\n<li><strong> Police consolidation<\/strong> &#8211; Proposals will provide an evaluation, and a cost benefit analysis of approaches designed and implemented to consolidate police services across two or more municipal jurisdictions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Awards typically do not exceed three years and $500,000, though there have been exceptions for certain projects. Applications are due April 26, 2013.
