The U.S. Institute of Peace’s (USIP) Jennings Randolph Senior Fellowship program provides scholars, policy analysts, policy makers, journalists, and other experts with opportunities to spend time in residence at the Institute, reflecting and writing on pressing international peace and security challenges. Fellows come from a wide variety of professional backgrounds and there is no specific degree requirement. Fellowships typically last for ten months, with a maximum award of $100,000.
