The National Science Foundation’s (NSF) Algebra and Number Theory program supports research, workshops and conferences related to algebra, algebraic & arithmetic geometry, number theory and representation theory. Funding is usually between $5,000 and $25,000, though awards as high as $50,000 have been given on occasion. Full proposals are due annually every second Friday in October (October 12 for this year). For more information, see the announcement for both the Algebra & Number Theory program and its parent, Conferences and Workshops in the Mathematical Sciences.
