The National Endowment for the Humanities is offering up to $100,000 a year over three years for the preparation of editions and translations of pre-existing texts and documents that have value to the humanities but are currently inaccessible or only available in inadequate editions.  Funding may not be used for the preparation of textbooks for classroom use, translation into languages other than English, or publication costs, among other things. Draft proposals should be submitted at least six weeks before the final application due date of December 6, 2012. For more information, see the link below:
