Venture Crew 1856

Seton Hall’s Venture Crew 1856 is a coed scouting organization under the Boy Scouts of America. The Crew is for individuals who have an interest in high adventure activities. Past activities include pottery making, horseback riding, camping, rock climbing, and more.

Our venturing oath includes our promise to do our duty to God, to strengthen America, to help others, and to seek truth, fairness, and adventure in our world. Not only do we bring high adventure activities to the community of Seton Hall, but also since we are part of Boy Scouts of America we provide individuals the ability to learn about Scouting ideals which teach important life lessons.
