Lurie, Professor Emerita of the History Department, will present \u201cExploring the American Revolution in New Jersey and Encountering the Unexpected.\u201d Her talk will cover examples of fighting Quakers, some Loyalists who surprisingly returned, and the cost of being a Patriot. This project resulted from a joint effort of the NJ Historical Commission and Crossroads of the American Revolution. It Is advertised as a talk for NJ250 that is working on commemorating the American Revolution.
