In <em>Academic Writing as if Readers Matter<\/em> Leonard Cassuto offers academic writers a direct, practical prescription for writing that will be read and understood: Take care of your reader. In this talk, Prof. Cassuto will apply this advice to the practice of academic writing\u2013and teaching it at all levels, in all fields, including the challenge of teaching academic writing in the age of AI.<\/p>\n<p>This talk is sponsored by the College of Arts and Sciences and the Center for Faculty Development.<\/p>\n<p>The first 50 registrants for this event will receive a free copy of Prof. Cassuto\u2019s book, <em>Academic Writing as if Readers Matter<\/em>.
