Learn how drawing can increase mindfulness and the ability to discover beauty in ordinary things. In this session, we will consider drawing as one way to enter into a state of flow and present moment awareness.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in;margin-left: .375in;font-family: Calibri;font-size: 11.0pt\">You will want to have the following available to participate:<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in;margin-left: .375in;font-family: Calibri;font-size: 12.0pt;color: black\">-a smooth black pen that doesn&#8217;t smudge<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in;margin-left: .375in;font-family: Calibri;font-size: 12.0pt;color: black\">For example, a .<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">03 or .05 Micron pen<\/span>, an <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Ultra Fine Point Sharpie<\/span> or an <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">extra fine rolling ball Pilot pen<\/span>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in;margin-left: .375in;font-family: Calibri;font-size: 12.0pt;color: black\">-A &#8220;thicker&#8221; pen, if possible<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in;margin-left: .375in;font-family: Calibri;font-size: 12.0pt;color: black\">-2 pieces of paper<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in;margin-left: .375in;font-family: Calibri;font-size: 12.0pt;color: black\">Good quality drawing paper is nice but printer paper will work too.
