In this time of great uncertainty and higher-than-normal levels of anxiety, we invite you to give yourself the gift of deep silence in the company of our Seton Hall community of colleagues and friends. This meditation session will begin with some brief instruction, leading into an extended period of silence in which we will together sink below the surface waves of our anxious and fearful thoughts and emotions to rest in the calm.
