I attended the working conference of China Academic Digital Associative Library (CADAL) sponsored by Zhejiang University Library<\/a>, in Hangzhou, China in June 2017.\u00a0CADAL is an associative library with 2.7 million digital items from almost 100 academic libraries around the world. CADAL\u2019s website<\/a> shows that 14 US universities are a part of this associative library (Carnegie Mellon University, University Library of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Harvard-Yenching Institute, Columbia University Libraries, Cornell University Library, Harvard University Library, Michigan State University Libraries, Princeton University Library, Stanford University Libraries, University of California, Berkeley Library, University of Chicago Library, Yale University Library, and Duke University Libraries).
