From there they progressed to have the mentors present a case study that one of the mentor\u2019s company dealt with firsthand. Students were presented with details of the company and some background information. With this, the students discussed potential decisions that could be made and why they would make them. The executive who&#8217;s company dealt with this\u00a0then explained what the company decided, how they arrived at that decision and what the\u00a0consequences\u00a0of the decision were. It provided the students with valuable insight as to how top level executives think critically.<\/p>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<p>To conclude the session,\u00a0they transitioned into the topic of
