Aspiration is dissatisfaction with who-you-are-now and who-you-hope-to-be in the future<\/em>\u201d writes\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/danrockwell1\/\">Dan Rockwell<\/a>. Another way of saying this is that aspiration is the fiery goal inspired by passion and commitment to realize one\u2019s greatest dreams and possibilities. Great leaders set and embrace aspirational goals in their professional and personal lives. They continuously inspire them to push their limits and boundaries. Aspirations are the great leaders\u2019 possibilities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Henry_David_Thoreau\">Henry David Thoreau<\/a>\u00a0counsels great leaders: \u201c<em>Do not lose hold of your dreams or aspirations. For if you do, you may still exist but you have ceased to live<\/em>.\u201d May your aspirations set fire to your passion and inspiration to live more, achieve more and be more than you ever dreamed you could\u00a0<em>be<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0<em>do<\/em>.
