Bennett<\/a>\u00a0in his book,\u00a0<em>The Light in the Heart<\/em>. He tells great leaders to\u00a0<em>Don\u2019t Just:<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Don&#8217;t just learn, experience.<br \/>\nDon&#8217;t just read, absorb.<br \/>\nDon&#8217;t just change, transform.<br \/>\nDon&#8217;t just relate, advocate.<br \/>\nDon&#8217;t just promise, prove.<br \/>\nDon&#8217;t just criticize, encourage.<br \/>\nDon&#8217;t just think, ponder.<br \/>\nDon&#8217;t just take, give.<br \/>\nDon&#8217;t just see, feel.<br \/>\nDon\u2019t just dream, do.<br \/>\nDon&#8217;t just hear, listen.<br \/>\nDon&#8217;t just talk, act.<br \/>\nDon&#8217;t just tell, show.<br \/>\nDon&#8217;t just exist, live.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/cashmanleadership.com\/\">Kevin Cashman<\/a>\u00a0writes: \u201c<em>If leadership is the act of going beyond what is\u2026 it begins by going beyond what is within ourselves<\/em>.\u201d\u00a0 May you just not dream, but do!
