It is the key to further growing in the value they bring to their professional and personal life as they continuously challenge their own beliefs and certainties to explore new possibilities and realities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Tony_Schwartz_(author)\">Tony Schwartz<\/a> tells great leaders: \u201c<em>Let go of certainty. The opposite isn\u2019t uncertainty. It\u2019s openness, curiosity and a willingness to embrace paradox rather than choose up sides<\/em>.\u201d May we learn and take pause from his exhortation.\u00a0 May we have a mind opened by joys of wonder and exploration\u2026 of possibilities unseen and dreams undreamed.
