Buccino \u201963 Center for Leadership Development<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> earned, for the <\/span><b>FOURTH<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> year in a row, a <\/span><b>#1 ranking<\/b> <b>in the LEAD (Leadership Excellence and Development) Awards<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> sponsored by HR.com! \u00a0Specifically, our Buccino Center was named the #1 Certificate Program with Emphasis on Leadership\/Organizational Development. LEAD Education Awards recognize colleges\/universities that provide great leadership\/HR development programs at all levels, and r<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">ecipients are selected based on a comprehensive application reviewed by HR.com\u2019s expert leadership panel. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We are indebted to <\/span><b>Director Michael Reuter<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> for his inspirational leadership and commitment to excellence. \u00a0We also are so grateful to our <\/span><b>Leadership Advisory Council<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, especially Professor Jack Shannon, and to all our Leadership students and alumni who contribute to raising the standard of excellence each year. \u00a0Of course, all of the wonderful initiatives of the Center would not be possible without the generous and steadfast support of the program\u2019s benefactor, <\/span><b>Dr. Jerry Buccino<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sustaining excellence at this level is not easy! \u00a0In fact, we\u2019re beyond words to describe the successive victories. We had the repeat and the three-peat, but there\u2019s no word or phrase \u2013 of which I\u2019m aware \u2013 to describe a <\/span><b>fourth consecutive victory<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">!\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dean Strawser<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cAgain, congratulations on this extraordinary accomplishment of being #1 nationally ranked for the fourth year in a row.
