Great leaders find in Seuss\u2019 words the reality of the true joy and excitement found in discovering their purpose in life, choosing a career that is their passion and love, finding a path on which whose every step is filled with possibilities\u00a0… new dreams and challenges to change the world.\u00a0 It is the actualization of their dreams into reality that, once found, they, too, do not want to fall asleep because\u00a0\u201creality is finally better than their dreams<\/em>.\u201d Remember always the counsel of\u00a0Colin Powell<\/a>: \u201cA dream doesn’t become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination and hard work.<\/em>\u201d Make your reality the love of your life.
