Each person deserves a day away in which no problems are confronted, no solutions searched for. Each of us needs to withdraw from the cares which will not withdraw from us.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n Ovid<\/a>\u00a0tells us:\u00a0\u201cTake rest; a field that has rested gives a bountiful crop<\/em>.\u201d May gentle leaders be gentle with themselves and take time to rest and replenish.\u00a0Eleanor Brownn<\/a>\u00a0cautions them: \u201cYou cannot serve from an empty vessel<\/em>.\u201d And\u00a0Plutarch<\/a>\u00a0reminds great leaders that: \u201cRest is sweet to those who labor<\/em>.\u201d Take time and enjoy the sweetness. Take time to smell those beautiful roses in the garden of your magnificent life. Yes, you do what you got to do. Find time for you. You are very, very special.
