They realize that they can choose the impact of what the world and people around them have on them.\u00a0\u00a0Whether it be an insensitive word, someone\u2019s negativity, a disappointment, they realize that they can choose if or how they will permit themselves to be impacted by those actions. Their happiness is in their hands, and they will not put this precious treasure in the hands of someone else.<\/p>\n

Viktor Frankl<\/a><\/u>\u00a0wrote:\u00a0\u201cBetween stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response.
