If I listen to myself I hear all the reasons why I should give up. I hear that I\u2019m too tired-too old-too weak to make it. But if I talk to myself I can give myself the encouragement and words I need to hear to keep running and finish the race.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>In her book,\u00a0<em>Lit from Within: Tending Your Soul for Lifelong Beauty<\/em>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Victoria_Moran\">Victoria Moran<\/a>\u00a0writes: \u201c<em>If you celebrate your differentness, the world will, too.
