He adds:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cIt is my personal approach that creates the climate. It is my daily mood that makes the weather. I possess tremendous power to make life miserable or joyous. I can be a tool of torture or an instrument of inspiration; I can humiliate or humor, hurt or heal. In all situations, it is my response that decides whether a crisis is escalated or de-escalated, and a person is humanized or de-humanized.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Our every choice, our every decision shape our life and the lives of those whom we serve. We are that awesome, beautiful and magical \u201c<em>decisive element<\/em>.\u201d As\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Stephen_Covey\">Stephen Covey<\/a>\u00a0told us, we are responsible \u2026 we are able to choose our responses. In all that we choose to\u00a0<em>be<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0<em>do<\/em>, choose greatness. With each new morning we have two choices: to continue to sleep with our dreams, or wake to chase our dreams. Let\u2019s choose always to chase our dreams and achieve them. We have that power.
