As I attempt to de-clutter my mind, it becomes easier to see the one simple solution that\u2019s almost always right there. The \u201csimple switch\u201d creates a cascading effect, addressing multiple problems with one resolution and increasing my productivity exponentially. Problems might be multifaceted and complex, but solutions don\u2019t need to be.\u201d<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;font-size: small\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;font-size: small\">Chambers\u2019 beautiful \u201csimple switch\u201d turns on the light of clarity: to see beyond complexity; to bring focus to the real issues or problems; to see and feel with objectivity based on purpose. As great leaders, may you always keep your \u201csimple switch\u201d in the \u201con\u201d position.\u00a0 Remember his words: \u201cSometimes the best way to be productive is to sit back and quietly look for that one simple switch.
