In receiving each scroll Hafid was to read it three times a day for thirty to ensure his understanding of its teaching.\u00a0 Each scroll contained a critical element in the great leaders\u2019 personal growth and development.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: small\"><i>\u00a0<\/i><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: small\"><i>1. The use of \u201cI\u201d in each phrase gives intensity to the personal ownership and accountability required of the journey. The word \u201cwill\u201d underlines the passion and determination of their commitment to their life\u2019s purpose.\u00a0 This is the magnificent spirit and mindset of great leaders.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: small\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: small\">Live your days repeating the words from the scrolls:\u00a0<b>\u201cI am here for a purpose and that purpose is to grow into a mountain, not to shrink to a grain of sand.
